A very elegant antique Georgian mahogany tea table which opens out to rest upon the two opening rear tapered legs, this then allows the top to be displayed at its finest. The contrasting colour of the fine boxwood stringing and mahogany banding which flows around the subtly curved corners further enhances the appeal of this table. Leading down from the top to the frieze, which is dressed at the edge with the same matching boxwood stringing, your attention is then focused on the superbly balanced solid mahogany square tapering legs.
